A Fatal Accident at Tripoli.
Waverly Independent:—About 6 o'clock Tuesday evening Charles F. Davies, of Tripoli, went to the barn to do his chores. He went into the hay mow and from there fell to the floor below. Dr. Barber of this city was called, and found on arriving at Tripoli that Mr. Davies’ neck was dislocated, but he was still living when the doctor came. He lived until four o’clock yesterday morning, Mr. Davies was 64 years. He leaves a widow and a number of children.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born May 14, 1834 and died January 13, 1896. He is buried in the Fremont Cemetery.
