Jerreldene Ann "Jerri" Simmons, 82, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at her home in Van Horne.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Van Horne with the Rev. David Lingard officiating. Interment will be held at St. John Cemetery, Newhall.
