Miss Ella Stein, the 18-year-old daughter of Charles Stein, a prominent business man of Keystone, was killed while buggy riding with an escort and another couple. The tongue on the buggy came down and Miss Stein became frightened. She jumped, striking her head, rendering her unconscious. She never regained consciousness, dying at about 12 o’clock that night. Miss Stein was very popular.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Ellen who was born in 1891 and is buried in Keystone Cemetery.
