Jacobsen--Jessen Marriage

Mr. and Mrs. Jake Jacobsen,
who were united in marriage last
week, will reside on a farm north
of Exira, to which place they went
immediately after the wedding ceremony.

Mrs. Jacobsen. who was formerly
Miss Katrine Jessen, is a daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Jens P. Jessen.

Jake-was a former resident of
Exira, being engaged in the livery
business here before his removal to
the farm several years ago.

The couple surprised their
friends by slipping quietly away
to Audubon last Wednesday, where
the knot was tied by J. A. Cozine.

They have the best wishes of a
host of friends for a happy and
prosperous wedded life.

Note: Parents of Katrina M. Jessen were Jens Peter "Jim" Jessen and Mary Rudolph.
Parents of Jacob Peter "Jake" Jacobsen were Hans & Lena Jacobsen. Jake was married 1st to Dorthea Mary "Dora" Olsen (1886-1918).
