Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Elder of Unionville, Iowa, announce the marriage of their daughter, Esther, to Spencer King, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. King of near Moravia. The single ring ceremony was
performed at high noon, at Lanaster, Missouri, Tuesday, September 5, 1939.
The bride is a popular member of the younger set and it is a graduate of the Unionville high school with the class of 38. The young couple will make their home in Moravia where the bridegroom is manager of the Pure Oil station.
Following the ceremony a dinner was given for the immediate families at the home of the bride's parents.
