On Tuesday, March 20th, 1894, at high noon occurred the marriage of two of Corning's best young people, Mr. W.J. Frederick and Miss Addie Calkins.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. T.D. Ewing. Only the relatives of the contracting parties and a few friends were present. After the ceremony an elaborate wedding dinner was served. Mr. and Mrs. Frederick will be at home to their friends at their new home in Lincoln township. The Union wishes them life long prosperity and happiness.
