Bernstorf - Tergler
On Wednesday, December 29th, at 6:00 p. m., at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Bernstorf, occurred the marriage of Miss Ordenancy Bernstorf to Oscar Torgler, Rev. G. Francke officiating.
After the ceremony an elaborate wedding supper was served and the event celebrated along tbe lines of honored German customs and usage.
About fifty invited guests witnessed the ceremony. The out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. William Untied of Donohue, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Untied of Dysart, Iowa; James Shellhorn of Elberon, Iowa; the parents and other relatives of the groom from Luzerne, Iowa.
The groom is one of Luzerne’s most popular and highly respected young men and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Torgler. The bride is one of Keystone’s most charming and popular ladies.
Mr. and Mrs. O. Torgler will locate on a farm near Delmont, North Dakota. —Keystone Courier.
