Jo Ann Webert and Dennis Karr Married at Newhall.
Newhall--Miss JoAnn Webert and Dennis Karr were united in marriage in a double-ring ceremony Saturday, Mar 7, at 7pm. in St. John's Lutheran church performed by the Rev. E.F. Dohrmann.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Webert of Newhall and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Karr of Vinton.
Candlelighters were David Karr and John Timmerman.
The bride's sister, Judy Webert, was maid of honor and Diane Good was bridesmaid.
The groom's attendants were his brother, Donald, was best man, and Larry Hartz, groomsman. Ushers were David Karr, Douglas Wendel, Vernon Werning and John Timmerman.
Flower girl was Mary Harrison. Robie Karr was ringbearer.
Mr. and Mrs. Willard Heitshusen and Mr. and Mrs. Alden Morrison were hosts. Sally Franck held the guest book. Mrs. James Boddicker cut the cake. Pouring coffee were Becky Karr and Sue Schultz. Donna Lou Primmer dipped the punch. The couple will make their home in Newhall.
