Vinton — Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hudson observed their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday at their home. Members of the family were guests at a 1 o'clock dinner.. Frank Hudson and Edith Miller were married Dec. 22, 1896, at Center Point. They made their home on farms between Walker and Center Point until 1932 when they moved to a farm near Blairstown and retired to Vinton in 1941.
They have five children. Mrs. John Barker, Phelps. Wis.; Mrs. Glen Calvert, Nora Springs; Mrs. Bert Whitney, Waterloo; Kenneth Hudson, Blairstown, and Zail Hudson, Cedar Rapids. They have 19 grandchildren.
