Van Horne Girl Wed Thursday Afternoon Mae Kraft and Clarence Erland United by Rev. Reikowsky Thursday afternoon.
Clarence Erland and Mae Kraft were united in the holy bonds of matrimony by Kev. H. C. Reikowsky at the German Lutheran parsonage Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. M. Kraft, parents of the bride.
The bride was dressed in a beautiful gown of white silk crepe du chene trimmed in silver lace and satin ribbon and carried a large bouquet of bride.s roses. The groom wore blue serge.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Kraft and is one of Van Horne’s most popular and most highly respected young ladies. She has spent her entire life in this community and has a host of friends. The groom is a well known young farmer of Newhall. The happy couple will go to housekeeping on the John Young farm southeast of town.
