Elva Wilde
Vinton — Mrs. Albert Wilde, 78, Wednesday morning at the Vinton hospital following a two years' illness of heart trouble and complications; nee Elva Clark, Nov. 17, 1866, to Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Clark, at Vinton; was married to Albert Wilde in Vinton Dec. 9, 1891; in 1906, they retired from their farm south of town and moved to Vinton; Mrs. Wilde was a resident of this community all her life; leaves husband, a son, Ivan, Waterloo; two grandchildren, and a brother, Lee Clark, Thayer; one brother and sister preceded her in death; funeral at the Alcorn funeral home; burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
