Joseph N. McCormick
Died In the same Township [Florence], September 13th, 1864, Joseph N. McCormick, aged 45 years, 4 months and 28 days.
Although not a member of any church, the deceased was a very exemplary man, a good citizen, and obliging neighbor, a kind husband and an affectionate father. His death was very sudden and unexpected. He came to this county last Spring. He leaves a widow and eight children to weep over his unexpected and unlooked-for departure.
