Shellsburg
Clell W. Hoon, 72 died Monday afternoon at the Vinton Lutheran Home after a lengthy illness. He had been bank manager of the Urbana Savings Bank at Shellsburg for 47 years.
Survivors are his wife, Lyla, two daughters Mary Rose Hoon and Karon Cunningham, both of Shellsburg a brother Harry of Urbana; and two grandchildren.
