This large panoramic photo is inscribed "Public Schools, Audubon, IA, March 14, 1921" near the bottom along with the name of the photographer from Des Moines. The photo is believed to have been owned by former 1910-1920's Audubon business man Lafe E. Simpson, who engaged in a variety of enterprises, including real estate, lending, utilities, and auto sales. We do not have any identification of individuals in the photo, but hope that visitors might be able to spot an ancestor or relative. Click the photo to enlarge.
