Used divided back postcard of Jensen Motel and Restaurant, Audubon, Iowa. Addressed to Edith A. Guy, 4406 Randolph St., Bell, California and postmarked Jan. 14, 1958, Guthrie Center, Iowa.
Notation in top corner: "This is where I work". Message reads: Dear Mom, Had to come early to-day so get a new water pump put on on the car & happened to notice these cards so thought I would send you one. I should have brought my paper & wrote a letter. Sat. Didn't get this finished, one of the day girls wanted help. I washed this morning. They should dry nice - pretty good wind & its about 45 to-day. Cecil & Bill are up helping Fuilton (? name hard to ready) get ready for his sale Tues, so I didn't have to get dinner & yesterday they went to Princes dairy sale & got 4 young heifers about 1 yr. old."
