I, Edward Dungan, do hereby declare this to be my
last will and testament, to-wit; including real
estate and personal property of every description,
but hold possession and ownership as I may live.
I hereby wish to secure One Hundred and Fifty Dollars
for a monument for myself and wife and One Hundred
Dollars to pay for masses for myself and deceased
members of my family, and I must be cared for and
nursed whilst living and decently buried after death.
And all property left of all descriptions shall go to
my son Edward T. Dungan. And I hereby appoint the
said E. T. Dungan my sole executrix without bonds.

County.
I, Nicholas Colsch, Jr., Clerk of the aforesaid
Court, so hereby certify that on the 15th day of
November A.D. 1904, the foregoing instrument was by
the said Court duly allowed and admitted to probate
as the last will and testament of Edward Dungan,
deceased, late of aforesaid County and State, it
execution as such being at that time duly proven
according to law.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the Seal of said Court at Waukon, Iowa, this
15th day of November, 1904.
