Waukon Building Improvements 1890 |
Waukon is a town of steady, substantial growth. It has never had a "boom" and we hope it never will have one of the speculative kind that, when the fever is over, leaves the patient weaker than at first and must have a season devoted simply to recuperation. Like former years, the one just closing has been one of progress and solid growth for our beautiful, lively, flourishing town.
