Maude Marsden O'Hare & cousin Ida Hill Vincellette, nieces of Ed & Lucy Chickering. A notation on the photo says it was taken at "Uncle Erwin Chickering" studio in Allamakee but the photographer's stamp is E.A. Hirth, Waukon.

Maude Marsden was daughter of Matthew & Mary Elizabeth (Jones) Marsden. The girl sitting is Ida Hill, daughter of William & Arrabella (Jones) Hill. The mothers were sisters, and the daughters of Elam B. & Lucinda (Neff) Jones. Lucinda 'Lucy' (Jones) Chickering was another sister. Lucinda was the wife of Edwin Chickering.

Leo  & Mary O'Hare and family

"This picture was given to me by a descendant of the Farrell McMorrow family. Farrell's son Henry (b. 1848 Ireland) grew up in West Ridge Allamakee Co. He  married Ellen O'Hare aprox 1870. Ellen Died in 1875 and their son James Dennis McMorrow (b. 1874 Allamakee co.) had this picture in his collection. The picture is annotated: 'Leo  & Mary O'Hare and family'. If anyone can idenify anyone in the photo or anything about this family I I would greatly appreciate it!"
