Said Harold L. Toney (2153458 A.S.) was born in Postville in the State of Iowa. When enlisted he was 24 11/12 years of age, and by occupation a Laborer. He had Brown eyes, Black hair, Dark complexion and was 5 feet 4 1/2 inches in height.
